**August 29, 2021 is a Final Integration session, dedicated to last questions/discussion plus certification ceremony.
This course will include four pre-recorded videos from Helen covering topics to meet the 14-hours certification requirements.

This is a basic training on how to lead a laughter session for social clubs, corporate organizations, seniors, school children and people with special needs. You will acquire the basic facilitation skills of how to lead a group of people through laughter session and meditation. You will also learn the history, concept, philosophy and different steps of Laughter Yoga and meditation. These trainings are done by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers for 14-hours, at the end of which the participants are certified as Laughter Yoga Leaders.

Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter if done with willingness. One gets the same health benefits, whether laughter is real or simulated. You'll leave feeling relaxed and happy.
Restorative Yoga uses props to fully support the body so that each posture may be passively received rather than actively sought. Unlike other forms of exercise or other styles of yoga, restorative poses require little to no effort. The practice is in the ‘non-effort’ supporting the on-off switch from ‘fight or flight’ response of our full lives into ‘relaxation response’.
Please bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water and any other yoga props you might need to support your restorative yoga practice.
