People around the world have practiced yoga for thousands of years, and millions of Canadians currently enjoy its health benefits. Yoga is an effective, low-impact form of exercise that involves integration of every muscle, organ, and cell of the body, bringing balance to body and mind.

Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit.

In-Person Classes are Cancelled until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Nova Scotia has declared a State of Emergency.  Helen will be offering on-line** classes periodically during this time and will inform those subscribed to her weekly newsletter with details on how to connect.

**Helen will not be charging for on-line classes at this difficult time, but will be accepting donations. Please pay what you can.
